I received good outcomes for my two cases and Michael Hawk was amazing, although he seems to be at a different law firm now. However, communication is part of the reason I am leaving a 3 star review. I would call and ask questions about my ongoing cases and would mostly never hear back or it would be in an untimely manner if I did. After the cases were done with, I called and left a message inquiring about an expunction and had some questions about the process. The only phone call I got back was asking if I was ready to pay. Another issue was I originally paid for 4 cases, but 2 never got filed and Darlina did not want to compensate for this. I understand that there is a contract I signed and that the law firm would check if the 2 cases have been filed periodically, but they did not provide any actual representation for them which is why I believe even a partial compensation would've been fair. Lastly, every once in a while I would check the reviews and it seems the bad reviews that others left about their experience were being removed. I also noticed employees of the law firm would leave reviews to boost the number of 5 star ratings.
